Hi there!

I started travelling in 2012 when I was 24 years old. Not knowing anything about travel outside of Italy, which we visited pretty much every year.

I had a trip planned to Barcelona this year, but due to circumstances, it got cancelled. That news came out of nowhere and I wasn't planning to let my holiday go to waste sitting at home for 3 weeks, doing nothing.

So, I hopped in my car and drove to Denmark for a few days. Afterwards Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Munich. Altogether I was driving more than 4000 km in 2.5 weeks and I had a blast!

The next year I decided to put myself to the test and go to China, alone. Not even having been to a country outside of Europe this was a major trip. I had no idea what would happen, no idea what to expect. Ever since I've been hooked on travelling. Currently, I have visited about 35 countries and counting.

In 2015 I was in Sri Lanka for about 16 days. After 12 days I was already at my last stop so I decided to stay in Unawatuna on the south coast. Not knowing my life would never be the same! I decided to do this Open water Course in diving there since I had time to spare and I'm not the sunbathing type. 

After 3,5 days I got certified and I loved every part of it. The feeling and comfort I get from being underwater are different and better in my opinion than being on land. I was hooked!

After Sri Lanka the next stop was Malaysia and I did my Advanced Open water course here on Tioman Island, Salang. I never understood why people would go on holiday specifically for diving, but here I am:
