Diving in Alor
Alor is one of those places barely discovered. However, you should definitely! It is remote, secluded almost with the friendliest people. The accommodation at the time of writing was mostly full-board, meaning: 3 meals a day included. The area is pretty much only visited by liveaboard because of its remote location and you could do that as well, but it's quite easy to get there and definitely worth it.

Is the name of the town. You will be staying here with a full board, meaning 3 meals a day with drinks paid for separately. You will have 12+ dive sites and more being discovered still and a chance to dive with hammerhead sharks (if you're a bit lucky). When I was there a few more small dive shops were set up so the area is becoming more popular, for good reason.
Good to know
As stated before, Alor is very remote. So don't expect much else to do than eat, sleep and dive. The town is small, equipped with all the basic things you need and you can visit lovely fabric markets close by as well.
How to get there?
To get to Alor is a bit of a trip, however very doable. You can fly to Kupang from almost all major airports in Indonesia and hop on a smaller airplane to Alor. After which you should arrange a transfer to your stay. Usually, it's best to arrange this via your accommodation.
