"Wicked Wreck Diving" Day-by-Day:
Subic Bay.
To get to Subic you have quite a few options. From Manila and around:

Driving:
Driving from Manila by car or bus, is pretty straight forward. Leaving Manila, heading north you will find yourself entering Subic Bay in approximately 3 hours.
You can take a bus from Manila Sampaloc to Olongapo, which takes 3,5 hours.

By Taxi you can book this obviously from anywhere and prices vary from 45$ - 60$.

Flying: Subic Bay has its own airport, used as an alternative option and serves international flights as well as domestic. When coming from outside the country, you might want to look to arrive at Subic Bay Airport, rather than Ninoy Aquino Int. Airport in Manila.

Diving in Subic Bay is all about those wrecks. While Coron boasts mostly Japanese shipwrecks sunk during World War 2, Subic is more famous for the US shipwrecks found here.

The most famous are El Capitan and USS New York, but many more can be found. It is advised to be an Advanced open-water diver since most wrecks are between 20 and 40 meters deep.

Coron.
You can fly to Coron from Manila city. It's a small domestic flight that will drop you off at a small airport, in the northern part of the island, belonging to the town of Busuanga. Once landed, there will be a transfer waiting, so no need to arrange that in advance!
This bus will take all passengers to all major towns and stays. Just tell them where you are staying, and they will drop you off. Depending on the distance, expect to pay between 250 and 300 pesos.
Once in Coron, you can stroll through the village and if you move a bit towards the north side of the town you will find reggae dive center along the main road that I can highly recommend!

Diving in Coron is not only beautiful and diverse. The landscape is stunning! For more impressions I highly suggest you check out the link below!
I suggest staying in Coron anywhere between 3 and 4 days. You can go freediving, canoe, or just explore the island on your deco-days.

Onwards or homewards.
From Coron, it's quite easy to arrange a transfer by boat to El Nido. However, be mindful, as at the time of writing boats are only departing Monday - Wednesday - Friday. The tickets need to be purchased at the port entrance before leaving. Expect to pay 2600 pesos per person.
The boat leaves at 7 AM and you need to be at the port at 6 AM for check-in!
When flying back to Manila or Subic, you can fly straight from Busuanga airport.
